Whilst this is a major win for the families of Macarthur, I have major
concerns regarding the "at-grade" car parking.
I feel more research is required into the parking requirements of
staff, patients and visitors.
Currently both public and private hospitals, Park central and it
surrounds are at maximum capacity and without a multi story car park
this will impact greatly on an internal level of patients and staff
being able to find available parking in a timely manner to be on time
for appointments and commencement of shift.
It seems pointless to increase the service availability and not
prioritize a multistory car park to service the infrastructure.
