Council exhibitions and publications
Council exhibitions can include updates or amendments to Development Control Plans (DCPs) and Community Participation Plans (CPPs), as well as Land and Environment Court judgements.
Under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, councils and other consent authorities are no longer required to display physical copies of certain documents, as long as those documents are available on the NSW Planning Portal or another approved website.
