The proposed works include maintaining the existing dwelling with a new internal extension and enlarging of the outdoor deck. It is also proposed to transplant the frangipani tree that is currently located under the balcony of Lot 2 and receives minimal light and has little room to grow. The new build works propose to extend the northern facade and enlarge the current bedroom and living spaces. The proposed outdoor addition is to be a timber deck sitting below the balcony of Lot 2.
