This building is also planned to facilitate future installation of solar panels as the front half of the roof faces due north. The roof of the DA approved residence mainly faces east and west which is not ideal for solar panels. Sewerage plumbing for future provision of a toilet ,shower, hand basin is proposed in north-east corner and will be connected to rear of house
