The works include the demoition of the laundry, water closet and rear car gate to Victoria Street on the lower ground level, as well as the demolition of the existing internal stair case and a number of internal walls of the existing building.
Internal alterations are proposed to the layout of the existing building, as well as the construction of a new rear module fronting Victoria Street.
