Move balustrades and add planter boxes: to move the existing balustrades to the existing (north facing) balconies of the northern dwelling toward the northern edge of the balcony to improve amenity and function (better circulation space, sunlight and privacy) for prospective residents, being people with disabilties, together with additional and relocated planter boxes to provide privacy to the eastern and northern neighbours and to soften the appearance of the building and all incidental and related work.
