KYOGLE COUNCIL

Kyogle Council is publicly exhibiting a Planning Proposal (PP) to amend the Kyogle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP) to address deferred matters and introduce a biodiversity overlay.
The intended outcomes of the proposed amendment are:
1. Provide greater clarity and certainty for development and use of rural land across the Kyogle LGA.
2. Identify and protect land with significant environmental (biodiversity) values.
The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation are on exhibition from Friday 4 June 2021 to Friday 2 July 2021.
