Draft Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No.24 - Schofields Precinct

We invite you to have your say on our revision of Section 7.11 Contributions Plan No.24 - Schofields Precinct. The provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 requires councils to keep their contributions plans 'under review'. After a contributions plan is reviewed, councils prepare a draft (revised) contributions plan and are required to publish it on their websites for 28 days.
