Message
Temora Shire Council considers that the following chapters of the Temora
Development Control Plan 2012 are relevant to the application and
should be considered: engineering standards, environmentally sensitive
areas, erosion and sediment control, industrial development,
landscaping and rural development. We also highlight that Council has
a Section 94A Developer Contributions Plan in place. Although Council
is not realistically expecting a contribution based upon the 1% value
of the development, a contribution based upon the civil works involved
with the project, under a planning agreement is reasonable, given the
anticipated additional demands on Council resources as a result of the
construction and future operation of this project.
