Council thanks you for the opportunity to comment on the modification application for Western Sydney Stadium Stage 2 – Modification 2.

Council notes that the modification includes the following proposed changes:
• Increase in sporting events from 49 p.a. to 80 p.a.
• Increase in music events from 3 p.a. to 5 p.a.
• Increased use of existing function spaces.

Upon review of the provided documents Council raises no concerns with these changes subject to the additional events and uses complying with the existing management plans.
