I am in support of the development and see that it complies with current standards. However, I feel consideration should be taken into the speed limit on The Bucketts Way as part of the traffic report. Could there be an extension of the 70km/hr speed limit for traffic heading westbound towards Tinonee due to the bend in the road near the development site. I feel this will minimise the risk of car accidents with potential car cueing to turn into the site from the westboud lane.
Traffic heading eastbound towards Taree should be able to remain at 80km/hr.
