Before more native trees are demolished there should be sufficient trees replanted.

If any biobanking occurs it should be within the local council area or suitable land be purchased in the council area.

There just has been too many local environmental areas destroyed including reductions of Cumberland Plain Woodland areas.

In addition good tree cover is very important in business parks to reduce the heat effect especially in the hotter months.

Further to my conversation with Ania Docinska last week about this proposal, IKEA has a large warehouse and distribution facility located nearby to the development site. We are currently still reviewing the proposal as there is significant documentation to evaluate. If there are any further concerns with the Sydney Business Park proposal, we will write to you again in the next two weeks outlining what they may be.
