Please refer to attached letter of submission for rejection of this development. Of particular concern is the noise generated from vehicle traffic travelling South on Wallgrove Road beyond this new site. The noise predictions are right on the noise limits with the assumptions used of trucks travelling at 50km/h on Wallgrove Road being incorrect and resulting in these limits not being reached. I propose that trucks are not allowed to travel south on Wallgrove Road beyond this site unless they are garaged in the area.

I support the project on the basis that the plans remain the same as shown on the architectural drawings. I strongly believe the Southern Link Road should be constructed in the designated industrial area, as shown on the architectural map. However, if the Southern Link Road were to be relocated closer to the rural/residential side of Horsley Park, then my view and support will be changed. Where the drawings highlight the road at present, is highly favourable, as it does not affect any residents or disrupt the rural aspect of the area. All residents were in favour of the road being in the Gascorp precinct and I feel this is the best outcome for all involved.

DPIE Water and the Natural Resources Access Regulator have reviewed the modification report and have no further comments, however DPIE Water re-iterate comments on the EIS that if the proponent intersects any groundwater they should consult DPIE Water.
