Section 7 of SEARs refers to a heritage report to be done. This report is missing from the application.
Also, as an education facility, does the design need to be done in accordance with the Educational Facility Standards & Guidelines.

Hi I do support this programme, any draw card to bring life to our town is a help, being the closest next door boundary we had a lot of damage from residence of the establishment during our own building experience and i am simply asking that the overseers /carers do there job and other people are NOT affected in a bad way
