i object to this project. solar power is unreliable and not a suitable source of energy to power NSW. why are rural communities being destroyed in order to power NSW? rural communities did not ask for this, so we should not have to accommodate such projects. this will also have ugly consequences on the landscape. destroying 494.0ha of RU1 ag land for this project is appealing. We need food security for Australia.

Stop destroying rural landscapes and our environment with this dangerous infrastructure.

I object to this project because it will be an ugly addition to the rural landscape. It will also impact local economy in a negative way. As someone who works in a small rural supplies store, renewable energy developments such as these will ultimately close down businesses like mine. protect rural NSW communities!

This project plans to destroy 494.9ha of RU1 farming land with toxic and fire prone renewable energy infrastructure. It is criminal what they want to do. Stop destroying Australia’s ag industry.

They want to destroy 494.9ha of primary producing agricultural land. This should not be allowed. Security of food and fibre should be a priority for Australia.

This toxic solar panel factory is of a major fire risk and will put significant strain on local and rural firefighting services. These local firefighting services are not equipped with the resources or man-power to manage emergency fires for when they do break out at this site. Why should the community risk their lives and step up to fight fires for infrastructure that they never wanted there in the first place?

These projects bring with them too many detrimental and dangerous issues pertaining to the environment, visual amenities, health to livestock and wildlife, and health and safety to neighbouring properties.

I object to the the Burroway solar and BESS project.
Why is our government forcing FIRE HAZARDOUS infrastructure and UNRELIABLE energy on our nation at the expense of rural Australia?!?

This infrastructure is too dangerous to the neighbouring properties and communities. BESS and solar panel factories are a significant fire risk. I object to this project.

Burroway Solar Factory must not be given a permit, no precious food and fibre producing agricultural land should ever be destroyed and contaminated for inefficient and expensive energy production. Especially productive land of this scale. No, no, no!

Noting the Livestock Producer Assurance accreditation application, they recognise and acknowledge that agricultural land WILL BE POISONED by batteries and solar panels. Given this significant fact, these projects should NOT go ahead as they compromise our food security and environmental safety.

This project represents part of an unreliable energy system that will require a fossil fuel powered system as "firming".

This so called net zero project will require a 5000% increase in open cut mining, resulting in enormous environmental damage. There will still need to be a fossil fuel generator project to provide 24/7 power.

Within 15 years this entire project will likely become landfill.

This project makes no sense.

This solar/battery swindle is not in the public interest.
