Eastern Creek Energy from Waste Facility

I am concerned about the health of my family and the close prximity of the incenerator to my home, children's school/childcare centre and my workplace.
I am concerned about the tocins in the air, what will be burnt and the smell.
I am concerned about increased traffic in the area.
I am concerned about the unsightly stacks.
I am am concerned about my property decreasing in value.

I dont want my suburb to become a toxic waste land. We already have smells coming from Erskine Park of a night time. We will soon have be in the light path for Bagerys Creek why should we then have to put up with this as well.

I strongly oppose this waste facility in erskine park. Erskine park is a residential area, and there are a number of schools in and around the proposed site. Why you would even be co spidering a facility like this in metropolitan Sydney is beyond me. My children go to one of the schools that is close by. I don't trust the government to properly monitor the emmissions, and I don't trust the company to not fiddle the figures in regards to the emmissions.
Please reconsider this proposal, and consider putting it in a far less populated area.

The studies from Blacktown city council on the are incomplete

There is no guarantee that the noise, smells etc. will not affect the surrounding areas. I am from Minchinbury and already have to put up with the smells from the tip at Eastern creek. We do not want anymore smelly air in the area.

I am concerned for the health of residents including my children if the incinerator goes ahead. I am also concerned about property prices in the area and will be extremely unhappy if prices fall due to the proximity of the incinerator. Do not build this so close to our home

I do not approve for this to be built! This is threating to our community, schools & wildlife. The amount of pollution that will be poured into air with toxic waste is not safe!

The fact that this can course cancer as well is disgusting! I do not want my family or comminity growing up in a toxic environment.

It was also mentioned in your community meeting that this toxicity could be carried mile if there were strong winds!

I am outraged to know that this could go ahead. The toxic emissions, the pollution etc will be affecting our health. Why should we be forced out of the area. Please consider our health and our childrens future.

I feel that this is too close to residential and could have health repocussions for those nearby.

This project will discharge noxious fumes and pollutants into the air adjacent to residents home. The project will discharge pollutants into the atmosphere where it will sit for extended periods of time and will exacerbate the residents already poor air quality and will further aggravate the residents asthma and bronchial conditions. It will be located too close to schools, preschools and residents homes and should not be build here. Western Sydney has a higher rate of asthma and bronchial infections than the rest of Sydney and building this incinerator will further aggravate this. This incinerator should not be built in the Sydney area.

Please do not approve this. We moved to Erskine Park to raise our family in a beautiful family orientated community. We already deal with strong smells from the top (to the point of nausea) and a growing industrial area slowly aurrounding us, thus bringing phenomenal amounts of trucks on our roads. This incinerator is not suitable for an area with a lot of dwellings. IF this incinerator is indeed necessary can it not be built in an area where the impact is less on the surrounding population? I can assure you, if this is built we will be moving away and I know we are not the only family who will do so. Has there been any research on market price impact?? Infact what research has heen done at all?

We do not want or need this type of facility this close to residents homes and schools. There is already 3 waste facilities in the area that cause horrible smells. Another one would be unfair to the nearby residents. This needs to be build away from homes and schools

I absolutely object to it. This open cut hole was originally approved for dry waste material. Has the EPA inspected the type of waste that has been dumped??? Many have noted that garbage trucks have been seen entering and exiting this current site. Now this has me concerned because if original agreements/approvals are being ignored how can I feel safe for my family with this new dangerous proposal. Who will be held responsible for the decline in health of the community in the foreseeable future.

I don't trust that it will be monitored
It is to close to our children
Take it out rural
Leave the suburbs alone
We are people that will be affected by this

Think of the future generation and how they will be affected

I and my family object the building of the Waste Energy Facility which intends on burning waste materials. This facilty will be less than 1.8km from Erskine Park. It will affect the health and lives of residents not only in Erskine Park but surrounding area. Cancer causing dioxins and other gasses will be emitted daily into the atmosphere. Those suffering respiratory issues will be majorly impacted.
Dial A Dump are only interested in making their fortunes off the land available and have absolutely no concern for the health implications this facilty will cause.
Build this facility elsewhere away from residential areas.

this is way too close to schools and population centers. there is no way this should be going ahead as local schools and children will be exposed to toxic discharfe from this project. i do not want my children or others to have an increased risk of health lroblems caused by this

We deserve air quality

I am oppose to this sort of development in urban areas. The negative impact to the environment is unacceptable. The negative impact to people is also unacceptable.

I'm begging you not to allow this to go ahead. Please think about our children!
