The modification of the application is for the removal of conditions of consent relating to subdivision and associated infrastructure works and bushfire safety requirements that are no longer required. This modification application also proposes a staging plan to facilitate the delivery of the proposed development and the deletion of a number of condition that are considered redundant or unnecessary.
