Housekeeping Amendment
- Include ‘Residential Accommodation’ as a land use that is permissible with consent in the RU1, RU2, R5, E2, E3, E4 zones so that manufactured homes are permitted to be installed.
- Alter the wording of Clause 4.2A(3) so that it applies to lots on which a manufactured home is proposed to be installed and to lots on which dwellings have been constructed/installed without development consent.
- Include ‘Vehicle Sales or Hire Premise as permissable with consent in the B7 zone
