The planning proposal seeks to rezone a number of sites bounded by the Old Princes Highway, South Street and Gregory Street Batemans Bay. Proposed is to rezone the sites from the existing mix of RU3 Medium Density Residential Zone and IN1 General industry Zone to the B5 Business Development Zone. The proposal also includes the removal of the existing 550m2 lot size applying to the R3 zone. The subject land includes the Shady Willows Caravan Park, Bunnings Warehouse, and a number of adjacent residential dwellings fronting Gregory Street.
