The proposal seeks to rezone two pockets of land from R2 Low Density Residential to RE1 Public Recreation, to facilitate the extension of Harpers Bush along Reservoir Road, Blacktown. Council intends to acquire both sites. The proposal involves removing the height of building and minimum lot size controls for the subject sites, as well as adding both sites to land acquisition mapping.
