Blue Mountains LEP 2015 (Amendment No 2) - R6 Residential Character Conservation Zone (0 dwellings)

The objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend Blue Mountains Local Environmental Plan 2015 (LEP 2015) to introduce a new R6 Residential Character Zone to include certain land currently deferred from LEP 2015. The new zone will apply to land currently zoned Living-Conservation under LEP 2005, and exhibited as Zone R6 Residential Character during community consultation process for LEP 2015.The lands were deferred from the then draft LEP post exhibition because Zone R6 Residential Character Conservation is not a zone in the Standard Instrument LEP. Council, on 14 October 2014 resolved to defer these lands from draft LEP 2015.
