Cootamundra LEP various amendements

This planning proposal seeks to amend the Cootamundra LEP 2013 as follows:
Item 1- Apply R1 General Residential Zoning to identified lots in Cooper Street.
Item 2- Apply R3 Medium Density Residential zoning to identified lots in Adam & Murray Street.
Item 3- Amend permissible use of R3 Medium Density Residential Land Use Table
Item 4- Introduce & apply the E4 Environmental Living Zone to the Cootamundra LEP.
Item 5- Apply RU4 Primary Production Small lot zoning to identified lots along Back Brawlin Road & Salt Clay Road.
Item 6- Amend Schedule 1 to reflect additional permitted use at 358
Jugiong Road, Cootamundra.
This proposal will also amend the affected lot size maps.
