The purpose of the proposal is to rezone land within the subject precincts from Rural to Zone R2 Low Density Residential in accordance with the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006. The rezoning of all the precincts will potentially create 1,265- 1,350 lots (based on an average lot size of 700m2- 900m2. It is also proposed to include some integrated housing, with lot sizes of 450m2 per lot. The average density would therefore be 9-10 dwellings per hectare.
