Wagga Wagga

Rezone 6 hectares of rural land (Lot 2 DP 732466), adjoining the Forest Hill residential area, to a residential zone. The land is currently zoned Rural 1 under the Wagga Wagga Rural LEP 1991 and is partly affected by a flood overlay entitled "Floodplain". Council wish to amend the WWLEP 1991 or the Wagga Wagga LEP 2010 (Standard Instrument) depending on the timing of the approval of the SI LEP.
