Proposal to rezone Lot 4 DP 708496, 75 Gregors Road, Spring Grove under the Richmond Valley Local Environmental Plan 2012 from RU1 Primary Production to RU5 Large Lot Residential to facilitate rural residential development. The proposal seeks to amend the minimum lot size map to permit creation of new lots with a minimum size of 1 hectare within the rezoned area, with the exception of 1 lot with a minimum size of 2 hectares. The proposal seeks to permit a 20 hectare min lot size for one residue lot, which would retain a dwelling eligibility.
