To amend Lithgow Local Environmental Plan 2014 to enable the subject land to be further subdivided into residential allotments through spot rezoning. This will include the amendment of the current zoning from zone R5 Large Lot Residential to R2 Low Density Residential, and amendment of the current minimum lot size from 2ha to 800sqm. Potential for an additional 12 residential lots.
