Tamworth Regional
The Planning Proposal aims to rezone land at Werris Creek Road, Burgmanns Lane, Warwick Road and Bylong Road in Tamworth from RU4 Primary Production Small Lots and R5 Large Lot Residential to R1 General Residential, R2 Low Density Residential and B1 Neighbourhood Centre. It also proposes to amend the associated development provisions of the land relating to minimum lot size and floor space ratio.
