This planning proposal seeks to amend the Canterbury Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2023 to allow for redevelopment of land at 913-925 Punchbowl Road and 21-23 Canterbury Road, Punchbowl, to facilitate mixed-use development consisting of high density, multi-dwellings (terraces), a registered club, basement car parking, publicly accessible open space and landscaping.
