Lingard Hospital Precinct - 23 Merewether Street and 8 Lingard Street Merewether.

To establish a health services precinct occupied by Lingard Hospital and an associated health services facility by:
1. rezoning two sites to SP2 Infrastructure (health services facilities): 23 Merewether Street Merewether (Lingard Hospital) currently Zone R3 Medium Density Residential and 8 Lingard Street Merewether (Kingsland Precinct) currently B5 Business Development
2. increasing the HOB from 10m to 18m over both sites
3. removing the FSR of 0.9:1 from both sites. No FSR will apply.
