Menangle Road, Camden Rezoning Proposal

Homes NSW is proposing amendments to the Camden Local Environmental Plan 2010 to enable the delivery of new social and affordable housing at No. 72 & No. 82 – 86 Menangle Road, Camden. 

The proposal seeks to provide 95 social and affordable homes to meet housing demand in the area.  

Homes NSW is seeking planning approval through a concurrent rezoning and State Significant Development Application (SSDA). A range of technical studies have been prepared to assess matters including traffic, parking, heritage, urban design, landscaping, environmental impacts, servicing and infrastructure. 

The Department is responsible for exhibiting the documents, gathering feedback and undertaking assessment of the proposal.
