Proposal: The Yiribana West Rezoning Proposal aims to reconfigure the boundaries of existing land use zones across a 38.7 hectare site at 771–797 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek.
It will support the continued development of the Mamre Road Precinct, one of Western Sydney's most significant freight and logistics employment hubs.
Key features of the rezoning proposal include:
- reconfiguration of the RE1 Public Recreation zone, including realignment of the on-site creek corridor, maintaining an average width of 40 metres
- a minor increase in the SP2 Infrastructure zone to support the planned widening of Mamre Road
- a minor reconfiguration of the IN1 General Industrial zone
- no change to the Environment and Recreation zone under the Western Parkland City SEPP.
The proposal was on public exhibition between 21 August and 18 September 2026.
We are considering submissions received during exhibition to inform the finalisation of the proposal, and we will prepare a finalisation report.
