The planning proposal seeks to make the following amendment to the Randwick Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Randwick LEP 2012) for 1T Romani Way, Matraville: rezone the site from SP2 Infrastructure (Telecommunications Facility) to R3 Medium Density Residential; apply a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 0.75:1 to the site (no FSR currently applies to the site); and apply a proposed maximum building height of 9.5m to the site (a maximum building height currently does not apply).
