Beverly Hills Town Centre (West)

Proposal:  

The proposal seeks to amend the development provision in the Georges River Local Environmental Plan 2021 to facilitate the sites redevelopment for  commercial and residential purposes. The proposal seeks to increase height of building and floor space ratio planning controls to facilitate residential uplift of approximately 500 dwellings and the provision of retail and commercial floorspace along a 1.6-hectare strip on the western side of King Georges Road.
