Change zoning of land from R1 General Residential and R2 Low Density Residential to MU1 Mixed Use; Change of Lot Size Map from 3000m2 to Unspecified; Change the Floor Space Ratio Map from part 0.65:1 and part Unspecified to 1.15:1; Change of Height of Building Map from 8.5m to 35m; Change Significant Urban Area Map from Unspecified to Specified; Insert new Clause in Part 7 Local Provisions and other associated changes.
