Parramatta LEP 2011 - 355 and 375 Church Street, Parramatta (+169 dwellings) - Increase Height and FSR, Site-specific controls
City Of Parramatta
The planning proposal seeks to amend the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011 as follows:
1. Introduce an incentive height control with maximum height determined by the sun access plane to Prince Alfred Square in accordance with a site specific local provision
2. Increase FSR from part 3:1 and part 4:1 to 6:1 (exclusive of design excellence)
3. Introduce site-specific provisions;
a) high performing building standards
b) maximum car parking rates for residential and commercial uses endorsed by council as part of the Parramatta CBD Planning Proposal
c) maximum car parking rates for Take Away Food and Drink Premises
