Bega Valley

Amend Bega Valley LEP 2013 to rezone two sites at South Pambula from RU2 Rural Landscape Zone and 120 ha minimum lot size to;
Site 1 - E4 Environmental Living Zone and 5ha and 1 ha minimum lot size.
Site 2 - E4 Environmental Protection Zone and E2 Environmental Management Zone and 2 ha and 8 ha minimum lot size.
