This planning proposal seeks to rezone part of Lot 7 DP 1225206 (305 The Coast Rd, Skennars Head).
Areas that are currently identified as ‘Deferred Matter’ (DM) within the site are to be given an appropriate zoning within the Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012. Consequential changes to the relevant minimum lot size (MLS) and height of building (HOB) LEP maps are also proposed.
