Proposal:
The proposal seeks to amend the planning controls in the Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 to provide approximately 31.8 hectares of high-density housing around Tallawong Metro station. The proposal will provide approximately 6,700 dwellings across the precinct, an increase in 2,500 dwellings from the current yield projections.
