The Planning Proposal seeking to include an additional LEP provision for consideration in the assessment of development applications for tourist and visitor accommodation, of the Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP). The additional provision will require land subject of a development application for tourist and visitor accommodation to satisfy Clause 4.2A erection of dwelling houses and dual occupancies on land in certain zones of the Mid Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012.
