This PP seeks to amend the Kiama Local Environmental Plan 2011 (LEP) to extend the Gerringong residential zone from Campbell Street to align with the southern boundary of 48 Campbell Street, (Lot 2 DP 1168922), Gerringong to facilitate the delivery of approximately 147 residential lots, open space, riparian corridors and associated infrastructure. The PP will create the 'Sunnymede' Urban Release Area.
