The PP seeks site specific LEP amendments as they relate to part of 34 Busby Street, South Bathurst, to 1) rezone the residual allotment from R1 to R3, 2) increase the residual allotment HOB from 9m to 18m 3) increase the MLS from 550m2 to 1300m2, 4) remove the dual occupancy MLS on the site, 5) add an APU to enable food and drink premises for a maximum of 150m2 per tenancy for a maximum floor plate of 300m2 for all food and drink premises, and 6) ensure that a site-specific DCP is in place.
