The objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the SEPP (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 Cl. 5.1 and the Land Reservation Acquisition Map by removing the acquisition requirement. Public access 24/7 to the open space will be secured by legal agreement between the land owner and council.
