Planning Proposal - Facilitating In-fill Housing Amendments

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend planning controls to facilitate infill housing in residential areas close to centres. It is intended to help unlock development in existing medium density residential areas. The Planning Proposal involves marginal increases to height of building in select R3 areas, an additional use of dual occupancy in select R3 areas, amendment to Clause 4.1A - Exceptions to Minimum Lot Sizes for Certain Residential Development and the addition of some R3 land close to centres.
