Rezone Land at 7 and 15 Halfway Creek Road, Bungendore

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional

This planning proposal will amend the QPRLEP 2022 by rezoning land associated with the Bungendore Sports Hub and land previously reserved for this purpose. This will ensure that the land use zone is consistent with the intended purpose of the land, including allowing for the construction of an indoor aquatic center at the Sports Hub.
