The Planning Agreement provides that the Developer will make a monetary contribution of $10,000 (subject to indexation in accordance with the Planning Agreement) for each residential dwelling approved for the Proposed Development pursuant to the development consent granted to DA/776/2022 (Development Contribution), for the purposes of contributing to Designated State Public Infrastructure within the meaning of clause 8.1 of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2011 (LEP), which despite its repeal continues to apply to DA/776/2022 by virtue of clause 1.8A of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023.
