 Storage, plant, and equipment facilities
 Other amenities, including non-discriminatory areas
 46 car parking spaces
 1 coach parking space
• Installation of retaining walls, fencing including acoustic panelling, landscaping, access, drainage,
and augmentation of services
• Installation of signage
• Associated site works, including earthworks, and
• Consolidation of the subject land into one parcel.
