The proposal seeks approval for the partial demolition of the existing structures and construction of a new mixed use building and which includes the retention of the existing buildings façades so as to provide for a new six-storey mixed use retail and hotel accommodation development containing 201 hotel rooms, ground floor retail premises and basement parking, with vehicle access from Trafalgar St and egress to Parramatta Road, plus remediation of the site
