Amending DA to Residential Apartment Building

Amending development application to DA-18-00948 which was determined on 4 February 2020 and granted consent to the demolition of existing structures and the erection of a six-storey residential apartment building with basement car parking. The applicant proposes an increase in building height to 20.9 metres, resulting in an additional two residential levels to a part 8-storey, part 9-storey development, an increase to a total of 90 residential units, changes to unit mix, an increase to a total of 123 car parking spaces across 3 levels of basement parking, internal and external alterations & design changes and associated civil and landscaping works.
