Balmain Leagues Club Redevelopment

a) Demolition of existing buildings;
b) Remediation of the site;
c) Excavation to provide for six (6) basement / lower ground floor levels accessible via Victoria Road and / or Waterloo Street that include parking for 369 car spaces and an allowance for 6 car share vehicle spaces;
d) a loading dock and waste storage areas;
e) Construction of a public plaza level with pedestrian access via Waterloo Street, Darling Street and Victoria Road, containing specialty retail areas, supermarket and a new club premises;
f) Construction of a new infill retail / commercial building on Darling Street;
g) Construction of new three level townhouses on Waterloo Street;
h) Construction of two residential towers, being :
I. an east tower comprising commercial floor space from lower ground level to Level 1 and 10 levels of residential apartments above; and
ii. a west tower comprising the specialty retail outlets and a club premises from the lower ground level to Level 1 and 6 levels of residential apartments above;
i) The total number of dwellings across the site is 135;
j) Construction of a pedestrian bridge across Victoria Road;
k) Signage strategy with preliminary signage envelopes; and
l) Development with an assessed valued of $117,669,457.00.
