Section 4.55(2) modification for the Bunnings Warehouse and bulky goods homemakers centre. The modifications principally involve changes to the Bunnings Warehouse component (Stage 1) of the development. The changes include the relocation of the childcare centre from Stage 1 to Stage 3, changes to the building height, a reduction in the overall car parking, adjustment to the ramp from Frank Street, changes to the signage and changes to the roadworks in Frank Street.
The application will be referred to the Sydney Planning Panel constituted under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for determination as the application is a Section 4.55(2) where the Panel granted consent to the original development which had a capital investment value exceeding $30 million.
